One family of cars

Volkswagen Group brands share far more than most owners realise. A Golf, an Octavia, a Leon, and an A3 sit on the same underlying platform and often use the same engines and gearboxes, along with much of the electronics. Knowledge gained on one model carries straight over to the others, and the same wear and faults tend to show up across the range.

Servicing that keeps your warranty intact

Many VW Group cars follow a variable service schedule, sometimes called LongLife, where the car works out when it needs attention based on how it’s driven. Others run on a fixed interval of time or mileage. We’ll check which applies to yours and service it to match, which also keeps the history complete for when you come to sell.

Brakes, tyres, and cambelts

Brake pads and discs wear faster on cars that do plenty of short trips, and a grinding or squealing noise when you brake is usually the first sign. We replace both, along with clutches and suspension parts.

Cambelts need particular attention. Many VW Group petrol and diesel engines use a timing belt, and if one snaps it can wreck the engine. Your handbook lists the replacement interval, and we can tell you whether yours is due.

For tyres, we supply and fit a choice of budget and premium brands.

Warning lights and AdBlue

When a light comes on, our diagnostic equipment reads the fault codes stored in your car’s systems, which points us to the cause instead of leaving it to guesswork. Many newer TDI diesels also use AdBlue to reduce emissions, and we can take care of that for you too.

Vans and fleets

We work on vans up to 3.5 tonnes, including the Caddy and Transporter, and offer competitive maintenance contracts for businesses running several vehicles.
